Abstract
Infeksi menular seksual (IMS) merupakan sekelompok infeksi yang bertanggung jawab terhadap sejumlah besar angka kesakitan dan angka kematian di negara berkembang, infeksi ini memiliki peran dalam memfasilitasi transmisi Virus Human Immunodeficiency (HIV). DKI Jakarta, Papua dan Jawa Timur menyumbang hampir 90% angka kejadian IMS. Penyakit ini disebabkan lebih dari 30 jenis bakteri, virus, parasit, jamur yang disebarkan melalui kontak seksual dan kebanyakan infeksi ini bersifat asimtomatik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil penderita penyakit IMS pada darah karantina di PMI kota Depok tahun 2014 – 2018. Pendekatan cross sectional dan uji univariat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Hepatitis B paling banyak pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 30,7%, Hepatitis C pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 24,7%, Sifilis pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 25,9% dan HIV pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 27,2% pada hasil skrining darah karantina. Kata kunci: IMS, skrining darah, HIV Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) is a group of infection which is responsible for morbidity and mortality in developing country. This group of infection plays it’ s role in transmitted of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). DKI Jakarta, Papua and East Java are the most province that responsible for the 90% of the STD incidence. STD caused by 30 types of bacteria, virus, parasite and fungus which are transmitted by sexual contact and asymptomatic. This study used a cross-sectional approach and univariat test. The result are Hepatitis B was most found in 2017 as many as 30,7%, Hepatitis C in 2017 as many as 24,7%, Sifilis in 2017 as many as 25,9% and HIV in 2018 as many as 27,2%.
