Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh hasil cetak 3D printing dengan menggunakan chamber berbahan akrilik pada pencetakan 3D printing. Desain specimen yang dibuat pada Onshape dengan proses slicing pada Ultimaker Cura 5.2.1. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperlihatkan pengaruh dimensi objek hasil specimen cetak yang dilakukan terhadap 3D printing menggunakan filament ABS+. Parameter yang digunakan pada specimen dengan nozzle temperature bervariasi 240°C, 245°C, 250°C, 255°C dan 260°C dengan print speed yang digunakan 140mm/s dan temperature bed yang digunakan 60°C. Setelah specimen dicetak dilakukan proses pengujian SEM kepadatan dan strukrurmicro pada hasil cetak specimen menggunakan chamber dan tanpa menggunakan chamber, dan dilakukan Pengujian mengetahui kuat specimen dimensi objek menggunakan chamber dan tanpa menggunakan chamber. Hasil menyatakan bahwa pencetakan 3D Printing menggunakan chamber menghasilkan specimen yang lebih baik. kata kunci: pengaruh chamber, akrilik. / This research is an experiment research conducted to observe the effect of 3D printing results using acrylic chamber for 3D printing. The specimen design was created on Onshape with slicing process on Ultimaker Cura 5.2.1. The aim of this research is to show the effect of the dimension of the printed specimen results towards 3D printing using ABS+ filament. The parameters used on the specimen with nozzle temperature varied at 240°C, 245°C, 250°C, 255°C, and 260°C with the print speed used at 140mm/s and temperature bed used at 60°C. After the specimen was printed, SEM density and microstructure testing were conducted on the printed specimen results using chamber and without using chamber, and testing were conducted to determine the strength of the specimen dimension of the object using chamber and without using chamber.
