Abstract

Stunting dapat memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas hidup anak dalam mencapai pertumbuhan yang optimal. Bila tidak diimbangi dengan tumbuh kejar akan mengakitbatkan hambatan pada pertumbuhan motorik, mental, meningkatkan risiko kesakitan dan kematian. Menurut WHO, Indonesia termasuk negara ketiga prevalensi stunting tertinggi dengan rata-rata 36,4% di regional Asia Tenggara dan di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara tercatat proporsi balita stunting sebesar 27%. Pencegahan stunting perlu di titikberatkan pada penanganan penyebab gizi langsung dan tidak langsung. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini akan menggambarkan faktor risiko stunting pada balita di UPT Pusekesmas Sotek, Kalimantan Timur tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui apa saja faktor risiko kejadian stunting pada balita di UPT Puskesmas Sotek, Kalimantan Timur. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Total Sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 orang. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 65.2% responden dengan Balita berusia 12-60 mendapatkan ASI Ekslusif, sebanyak 19,2% responden dengan Riwayat BLLR rendah pada balita stunting, 73,1% responden yang memiliki Riwayat penyakit infeksi ISPA pada balia stunting, 50% responden dengan memiliki Riwayat penyakit infeksi diare pada balita stunting, 53% responden yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan ayah rendah, 69% responden yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan ibu rendah, 76,9% responden dengan total pendapatan keluarga dari balita stunting dalam kategori rendah (dibawah UMK), sebanyak 96.2% responden Ayah dari balita stunting bekerja dan 100% Ibu dari balita stunting tidak bekerja. Sebanyak 84,6% responden dengan pola pemberian makanan pada balita stunting dalam kategori rendah, 80,8% responden dengan penerapan PHBS pada keluarga dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Stunting, Status Gizi, Nutrisi, Ibu Hamil. / Stunting can have a negative impact on children's quality of life in achieving optimal growth. If it is not balanced with catch-up growth, it will result in obstacles to motor and mental growth, increasing the risk of morbidity and death. According to WHO, Indonesia is the third country with the highest prevalence of stunting with an average of 36.4% in the Southeast Asia region and in Penajam Paser Utara District, the proportion of stunted children under five is recorded at 27%. Stunting prevention needs to focus on addressing direct and indirect causes of nutrition. Therefore, this study will describe the risk factors for stunting in toddlers at UPT Pusekesmas Sotek, East Kalimantan in 2022. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the risk factors for stunting in toddlers at UPT Puskesmas Sotek, East Kalimantan. The design used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique, the sample in this study amounted to 26 people. The results of this study found that 65.2% of respondents with toddlers aged 12-60 received exclusive breastfeeding, as many as 19.2% of respondents with a history of low BLLR in stunting toddlers, 73.1% of respondents who had a history of ARI infection in stunting toddlers, 50% of respondents by having a history of diarrheal infection in stunting toddlers, 53% of respondents who had a low father's educational background, 69% of respondents who had a low mother's educational background, 76.9% of respondents with a total family income of stunting toddlers in the low category (below UMK ), as many as 96.2% of respondents fathers of stunted toddlers worked and 100% of mothers of stunted toddlers did not work. As many as 84.6% of respondents with a pattern of feeding toddlers with stunting were in the low category, 80.8% of respondents with the implementation of PHBS in families were in the good category.
