Abstract

Suatu kondisi yang dikenal sebagai nyeri punggung bawah terjadi ketika punggung sangat nyeri sehingga membuat tugas-tugas rutin menjadi sulit. Karyawan yang menggunakan komputer untuk bekerja dan menghabiskan banyak waktu duduk di siang hari dapat memberikan risiko ergonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui apakah kejadian low back pain pada pegawai Kantor Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi (EBTKE) tahun 2022 berhubungan dengan postur duduk saat bekerja. Survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan. Alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang mengumpulkan data primer. Setelah data dihitung dengan metode Slovin dan 53 responden dipilih secara acak, mereka dimanfaatkan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pembagian departemen (p=0,68) dengan kejadian low back pain, namun ada hubungan antara postur duduk (p=0,605) dengan kondisi tersebut, tidak ada hubungan antara postur bungkuk (p0,001 ) dan kondisi, dan tidak ada hubungan antara jumlah waktu yang dihabiskan untuk duduk di tempat kerja (p=0,105). Employees who use computers for work and spend a lot of time sitting during the day can put ergonomics at risk. This study aims to find out whether the incidence of low back pain in employees of the Directorate General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) in 2022 is related to sitting posture while working. An analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach is the research method used. The research tool used is a questionnaire that collects primary data. After the data was calculated using the Slovin method and 53 respondents were randomly selected, they were used as a sample. The results showed that there was no relationship between division of departments (p=0.68) and the incidence of low back pain, but there was a relationship between sitting posture (p=0.605) and these conditions, there was no relationship between stooped posture (p0.001) and conditions, and no relationship between the amount of time spent sitting at work (p=0.105).
