Abstract

Ventje A. Talumepa, 2022, Peranan Misi Gereja Melalui Pak Keluarga Terhadap Perilaku Generasi Z Era Disrupsi Di Jemaat Gmim "Eben Haezer" Silian Satu Wilayah Tombatu Barat. 144 pages Keluarga Kristen adalah sebagai tempat untuk mengajarkan iman kepada anak-anak. Beberapa hal yang di lakukan oleh keluarga Kristen untuk menjadikan keluarganya sebagai pusat bermisi adalah dengan cara menjadikan keluarga itu sebagai tempat pertama untuk menyebarkan firman Tuhan, baik itu melalui pengajaran maupun dalam teladan kehidupan. Keluarga adalah lembaga yang dibentuk oleh Allah sendiri, sebagai tempat utama pendidikan bagi anak-anak. PAK Keluarga merupakan cara yang tepat dalam pembentukan mental spiritual anak dan semua, tempat bagi orangtua mendidik, mengajar, menyatakan kasih sayang. Generasi z adalah generasi kelahiran 1997-2012 yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan informasi dan komunikasi. Teknologi digital era disrupsi telah mengakibakan terjadinya perubahan perilaku pada anak muda generasi z. Perubahan perilaku generasi z kelihatan dari begitu kuatnya kebergantungan mereka terhadap teknologi digital, dimana hampir tidak ada waktu bagi mereka untuk tidk berada didepan kamera smartphone. Keadaan ini menyebabkan mereka menjadi generasi yang kurang berkomunikasi secara verbal, menjadi egosentris dan individualistis, ingin semua berjalan secara instan, cepat dan mudah tidak menghargai proses. Menghadapi keadaan ini, Misi Gereja melalui PAK keluarga harus memiliki inovasi baru, menyesuaikan dengan kemajuan teknologi digital dan menjadikan Alkitab sebagai informasi utama. PAK keluarga tetap dibutuhkan di era disrupsi ini, sebab walaupun teknologi digitalisasi memberikan begitu cepat dan mudah segala bentuk informasi, tetapi ia tidak dapat menggantikan posisi orangtua dalam memberikan pendidikan, mengajar dan membentuk karakter anak-anak dengan perasaan dan perhatian serta kasih sayang. Talumepa, 2022, The Role of Church Missions Through the Family Against the Behavior of Generation Z in the Era of Disruption in the GMIM "Eben Haezer" Congregation in Silian One, West Tombatu Region. 144 pages The Christian family is a place to teach faith to children. Some of the things Christian families do to make their family a missionary center are by making the family the first place to spread God's word, both through teaching and in life examples. The family is an institution formed by God himself, as the main place of education for children. Family Christian Religious Education is the right way of forming the spiritual mentality of children and all, a place for parents to educate, teach, express affection. Generation z is the generation born in 1997- 2012 which is strongly influenced by advances in information and communication. Digital technology in the era of disruption has resulted in changes in behavior among young people of the z generation. Changes in the behavior of the Z generation can be seen from how strong their dependence on digital technology is, where there is almost no time for them not to be in front of a smartphone camera. This situation causes them to become a generation that does not communicate verbally, becomes egocentric and individualistic, wants everything to go instantaneously, quickly and easily and does not appreciate the process. Facing this situation, the Mission of the Church through family Christian Religious Education must have new innovations, adapt to advances in digital technology and make the Bible the main information. Family Christian Religious Education is still needed in this era of disruption, because even though digitalization technology provides all forms of information so quickly and easily, it cannot replace the position of parents in providing education, teaching and shaping children's character with feelings and care and affection.
