Abstract

Pada 2016 UNICEF, menerbitkan Regional Report in Nutrition Security in ASEAN Volume I, menunjukkan bahwa angka Underweight & Stunting pada anak di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi. Kebiasaan konsumsi makan sehari-hari di Indonesia, mengambarkan poor dietary diversty dengan rendah pada konsumsi protein & vitamin tetapi tinggi pada konsumsi karbohidrat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari hubungan antara asupan energi & protein dengan status gizi (IMT/U) di SD Dinamika Indonesia, Kecamatan Bantargebang, Kota Bekasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2016. Dari 86 Siswa, 70 siswa yang bersedia untuk dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian asupan energi yang tergolong baik sebesar 32,9%, asupan protein yang tergolong baik sebesar 64,3%. Hasil penelitian status gizi IMT/U dengan kategori normal sebesar 62,9 %. Setelah dianalisis dengan korelasi, Chi Square dimana α = 95% dan nilai p = 0,05 tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan energi dan protein terhadap status gizi anak sekolah dasar SD Dinamika Indonesia, Kecamatan Bantargebang, Kota Bekasi./In 2016 UNICEF, published Regional Report in Nutrition Security in ASEAN Volume I, showed that the number Underweight and Stunting in children in Indonesia is still relatively high. Consumption habits of daily meals in Indonesia, a portrait of poor dietary diversty with low consumption vitamin and protein but high in carbohydrate. Research consumption is aimed at finding the relationship between energy and protein intake with nutritional status (BMI / Age) in Primary School Dinamika Indonesia, District Bantargebang, Bekasi City. Research conducted in November-December 2016. Of the 86 students, 70 students who are willing to be the respondent. Results of the study were classified as good energy intake amounted to 32.9%, which is quite good protein intake of 64.3%. The results of the study of nutritional status IMT / U with the normal category of 62.9%.
