Abstract

Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi bersifat endemik yang muncul sepanjang tahun dan menimbulkan wabah yang di tularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk. Gejala dan tanda klinis pada pasien Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di klasifikasikan dalam derajat I-IV. Pada anak, respons imun terhadap infeksi virus Dengue belum sempurna sehingga di perlukan pemantauan atau observasi terus-menerus, untuk mencegah kondisi yang lebih berat. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil pengobatan pasien Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) bangsal anak RSUD Budhi Asih periode Januari-April tahun 2020 . Penelitian ini bersifat analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yang di peroleh secara retrospektif di Rekam Medik RSUD Budhi Asih. Terdapat 152 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil data yang di peroleh profil pengobatan yang mengacu pada PRIMER sebanyak 124 pasien (81,4%) dan WHO sebanyak 28 pasien (18,4%). Kata Kunci : Demam Berdarah Dengue, Pasien Anak, Pengobatan./ Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an endemic infectious disease that appears throughout the year and causes outbreaks transmitted through mosquito bites. Symptoms and clinical signs in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) are classified in degrees I-IV. In children, the immune response to dengue virus infection is not perfect, so it needs constant monitoring or observation, to prevent more severe conditions. The main objective of this study was to determine the treatment profile of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients in the children's ward Budhi Asih Hospital in the January-April 2020 period. This research is a descriptive analysis with a cross sectional approach which was obtained retrospectively in the Budhi Asih Hospital Medical Record. There were 152 samples that met the inclusion criteria. The results of the data obtained by the treatment profile that refers to PRIMER were 124 patients (81.4%) and WHO were 28 patients (18.4%).
